Using this site.
What this site is, what the assessments are, and what is settled by a signed agreement instead.
Last updated 31 August 2026. Client work is governed by a signed agreement, not by this page.
The assessments are indicative
The four assessments are short self-assessments. They score what you tell them. They do not inspect your website, your content, or your market, and they are not a substitute for the paid Clarity Audit or for professional advice.
Act on a score at your own risk. A high score is not a guarantee of performance, and a low score is not a diagnosis.
What the site says
We try to keep the site accurate and current, and it may still be wrong or out of date. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to a result.
Pricing, scope, and timelines shown on the site are indicative. What is contracted is what a signed agreement says.
Sending us something
Send only information you are entitled to send. Do not submit confidential material belonging to an employer or a client through a web form.
When you send an enquiry or assessment results, you are asking us to read them and reply. That does not create a client relationship, which begins only with a signed agreement.
Ownership
The site, its copy, and its design belong to above below. The four-pillar framework and the assessments are ours. Read and share the site. Do not republish it, or reproduce the assessments, without written permission.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and above below is not liable for loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
